1. Acceptance of Billing Terms

By placing an order on PrettyGirlsAllowed.com, you authorize Pretty Girls Allowed to charge your selected payment method at the prices, dates, and frequencies presented at checkout. You also confirm agreement to our Cancellation and Refund policies.

2. Billing Processes & Frequency

  • Charges will be processed:

    • One‑time for standard purchases

    • Recurring, for subscription or installment items, as specified during checkout.

  • You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available at the time of billing.

3. Payment Methods & Processor

  • We accept payment via major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, etc. via our third‑party payment partners (e.g. Stripe, Shopify Payments, or PayPal).

  • All billing is handled through these processors and is subject to their separate terms and privacy policies.

4. Billing Information

5. Order Fulfillment & Cancellation

  • For recurring or deferred‑purchase items, billing continues until your order is fulfilled or you cancel, as allowed by our Cancellation Policy.

  • You may cancel recurring payments at any time via your account settings or by contacting Customer Support.

6. Refunds & Disputes

  • Refunds are handled per the policy outlined in our Refund & Return Policy, which may differ depending on item type and purchase arrangement.

  • Disputes regarding billing or unauthorized charges must be reported to Customer Support within 10 business days to allow timely resolution.

8. Late or Failed Payment

  • If payment fails due to insufficient funds, expired card, or other reasons, you agree to promptly settle any unpaid balance.

  • Continued non‑payment may result in order suspension or cancellation and possible finance charges (e.g., 1.5% per month or the max allowed by law) and collection efforts costs.

9. Security & Privacy

10. Warranties, Liability & Indemnification

  • Billing services are provided "as is" and "as available" with no warranty of uninterrupted or error‑free service.

  • Pretty Girls Allowed and its third‑party processors disclaim all implied warranties and limit liability to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law.

  • You agree to indemnify Pretty Girls Allowed from claims arising from your misuse of billing services or violation of these terms.
